Publishing guidelines

PUBLIQ is a publishing platform with editorial standards. These are the rules every submission is measured against.

Placeholder policy text for the product shell. Final wording must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

Be accurate

State facts you can support. Numbers, dates, funding, headcount and results must be verifiable by the person or organisation making the claim.

Publish as yourself or as an authorised representative of the organisation. Impersonation results in removal and account action.

Paid placements are labelled Featured, Sponsored or Promoted. Press releases are labelled as submitted content.

Spam, duplicate submissions, plagiarised text, prohibited content, fraudulent claims, undisclosed paid links and SEO manipulation.

Confirm publication rights and media rights before publishing. Only upload images and logos you are licensed to use.

Using the copilot is fine. Publishing unreviewed machine output is not. A human is accountable for every published page.
