Terms of service

The agreement between PUBLIQ and the people and organisations who publish here.

1. Using PUBLIQ

Accounts are personal. Organisations act through named administrators. You are responsible for activity under your credentials.

2. Publication rights

You must hold the rights to everything you submit, including text, images, logos and quotes, and confirm this before publishing.

3. Editorial standards

Submissions pass automated checks and human moderation. PUBLIQ may decline, request changes to, or unpublish content that breaches the guidelines.

4. Press content

Press releases are submitted content, published as supplied by the submitting organisation and labelled as such. PUBLIQ does not verify commercial claims and does not guarantee media pickup.

5. Payments and refunds

Products, subscriptions, credits and distribution are billed as shown at checkout in your selected currency. Refund eligibility depends on the product and its delivery state.

6. Liability
