What makes a reliable and trustworthy business leader?

Trusting the abilities of every Individual in the team and of the team as a whole is key. Moreover, there needs to be concerted effort towards enchanced capacity building to achieve better. Standing by the team enchances trustworthiness of the leader.

How have you re strategised and adopted to the digital transformations globally?

Digital transformation is a boon to any organization particularly the larger ones with large manpower. It allows faster assessments, helping to take decisions quicker. Hence, we too have adopted digital transformation in the interest of the Company.

What are the clear changes that you have made to your journey in the last decade?

As the journey went on, I realized that I needed to expand my horizon additionally from law enforcement and investigation towards financial management, financial fraud investigations and even to the core business domain. This has helped me grow further both as an individual and as a professional.
